Stuffed Turkey
Stuffed Turkey with Manouri and Carrot Puree
Ingredients (serves 2)

For the filets:
- 2 Turkey filets
- 100gr Manouri cheese
- Sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper

For the puree:
- 4 Carrots
- Some Butter
- A pinch of Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Dairy cream (optionally)
Preparation method
Open the turkey filets and stuff with Manouri. Sauté in sunflower oil, adding salt and pepper to taste. If you want you may use cooking thread to stitch them. Pour some oil and roast at 180 oC, instead of deep frying.
For the carrot puree, simmer the carrots until soft and then use the blender adding salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. If you like, you may add a tbsp dairy cream.
